TODO Original is an online-store brand operating from Lebanon. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit our website, create an account, sign in, save items, or place an order.

When you choose Google sign-in, we receive basic account information that Google makes available with your permission, such as your name, email address, and profile image.

Account passwords and authentication credentials are handled securely by our authentication provider. We do not receive or store your Google password.

How we use your information

We use personal information to create and protect your account, provide sign-in, save your wishlist, bag, and addresses, process and deliver orders, answer support requests, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Service providers and sharing

We share information only when needed to operate the store. This may include Supabase for account authentication and data storage, Google when you choose Google sign-in, website-hosting providers, and delivery or payment providers used to complete an order. We may also disclose information when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments

Cash on delivery may be available. If online card payments are offered, card details will be processed by the selected payment provider. TODO Original does not intend to store full payment-card numbers on this website.

Storage and international processing

Our service providers may store or process information on servers outside Lebanon, including in the European Union. We select providers that use safeguards designed to protect personal information.

Retention and your choices

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the store and account services, maintain transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
